Andrei Podlesnyi is an Investment Manager at Hans(wo)men Group, where he focuses on sourcing new investments and supporting portfolio companies. He began his career in asset management at PIMCO in Munich and London before transitioning into entrepreneurship and venture capital. Andrei previously served as Investment Manager at Triple Impact Ventures, leading 12 pre-seed and seed-stage investments in European startups addressing the Triple Planetary Crisis. He also worked at Austrian climate-tech startup inoqo as a Founder’s Associate, focusing on fundraising and strategic initiatives. Andrei is an active member of the European climate-tech and impact investing community and co-organises Climate Coffee meetups in Vienna.
