Podim DX Satellite #4 – Beneath the surface of successful companies

Tuesday, 6th of April 2021 at 18.50 – 20.00

Event partner: Silicon Gardens

Media partner: Der Brutkasten

There are many factors one should consider when discussing why a certain company is successful. Some are more apparent than others.

This event is all about revealing the not-so-obvious drivers of success. One of the big ones, that branches out into others, is leadership.

Our guests are going to discuss topics such as:

  • What does it mean to be a good leader? Especially when you are wearing different hats as a founder, businessman and leader?
  • When in the lifecycle of the company does the importance of good and strong leadership come into play?
  • Has leadership become a buzzword and why (not)?

Join Gregor Rebolj from Silicon Gardens, Florian Gschwandtner from LEADERS 21 and Maja Mikek from Celtra and hear them reveal how various types of leadership impact a business and other success factors that stem from it. They’re all leaders with a great deal of experience they are willing to share!

The discussion will be moderated by Sara Grasel from Der Brutkasten.

The event is going to be streamed on Podim’s Facebook page and on Der Brutkasten Facebook page.

If you want to participate in the discussion and ask questions, you can join our special Zoom call! Once you register, we’ll send you an email with the Zoom link.

There are 50 Zoom spots and once they’re gone, they’re gone. So don’t hesitate and grab yours.
