Alexander is a co-founder and managing partner at Black Manta Capital Partners, a BaFin regulated and MiFID II compliant one-stop-agency for all technical, financial, and legal aspects of Tokenization. As a legal and financial expert, Alexander has more than 10 years of working experience in top-tier law and Venture Capital firms. He was responsible for structuring and investment transaction execution, due diligence, negotiation of participation agreements, and investment monitoring. Furthermore, Alexander is a board member of the European Super Angels Club, a lecturer at the Business Angel Institute, and an independent expert for “Horizon 2020” of the European Commission.
