Ash Maurya has been an entrepreneur for more than a decade, and he has always been in search of better, faster ways to build successful products. Greatly inspired by the works on Customer Development and Lean Startup pioneered by Steve Blank and Eric Ries, he has become well-known in the lean startup community over the last few years. He continually and rigorously applies and tests lean startup principles in his projects. He has an informative blog through which he presents his continuous learning and ideas. He has also published a book called Running Lean and created a series of products aimed at helping entrepreneurs raise their odds of success. He is the creator of the Lean Canvas, the founder of Sparks 59 in Austin, Texas, and a passionate international speaker. In 2002, he bootstrapped WiredReach, which he sold in 2010.
