Federico is the co-founder of Oppi, a systemic change agency that helps organizations make progress on their toughest challenges through designing, facilitating, and guiding processes that enable teams of stakeholders to develop ideas, refine them into a valuable form and bring them to fruition for the benefit of the whole organisation. Federico has a deep desire to build relationships and enable collaborations among people that have the will to work on things that matter and they care for. He believes that experientially learning together, welcoming different perspectives and possibilities while experimenting new ways forward is the only way to truly innovate, pluralizing the transformation process.
