Julien is an entrepreneur, one of the most active investors in the CEE region and a managing partner at Fil Rouge Capital Venture fund, and as of late a renowned partner of PODIM. He has been an entrepreneur since he was 13 and has more than 25 years of experience across various industries, much of it at the CEO level. He has worked in more than 80 countries across five continents and participated in over $1.7bn of purchase, sale and financing transactions.
He is a serial investor in early-stage businesses, and with his partners invested in more than 120 early-stage ventures in the CEE region, and serves on the boards of a number of them. One of his most impressive recent achievements is Fil Rouge Capital’s latest investment fund bringing the total AuM at Fil Rouge Capital to approx E50M. Fil Rouge Capital’s latest fund is based in Croatia and plans to invest in Regional startups until the end of 2023.
