Sorosh is CEO of Noquo Foods, which is using science and technology to develop tastier and more nutritious plant based alternatives for the masses, starting with cheese. Previously Sorosh founded, ran and eventually sold Videoplaza, a software company with close to 100 employees across 8 offices.
