Tolga have been in banking industry for 20 years. He started his career in one of top 3 banks in Turkey as Alternative delivery channels specialist. Those were the first days of online banking which he involved shaping the future of digital banking in Turkey, which Turkish banks have led this area in the world from early 2000s. Then he joined Citibank, at that time world’s biggest bank. He initiated various out of the box solutions as instant loan preapprovals for all channels, and new online and mobile platforms. He joined Denizbank as SVP and initiated there digital marketing and made a turnaround for country’s first mobile wallet called fastpay. Since he joined Nova KBM in 2018, he made big leap to digital transformation of the bank with various initiations which will be presented in the conference. He loves Slovenia with its great nature, friendly atmosphere and the people. He likes new technologies, and sports. He has improved his cycling skills quite a lot in Slovenia although some small accidents 🙂 He is an MBA graduate from Huddersfield University, England and married, he has 2 beautiful children.
