Marius Istrate 🔹 3VC & ex UiPath, Romania

Marius Istrate is an investor, growth adviser, and venture partner. He is currently a Venture Partner at 3VC and an Investor and Adviser at Crew Capital. Prior to his current roles, Marius worked at UiPath, a leading robotic process automation software company, where he was responsible for creating the people/talent/HR function within the company, as well as growing the company from 120 to 3000 people and from 4 to 25+ offices, worldwide.

Catalina Girald 🔹 Halogen Ventures, USA 

Catalina is an investor, 2X founder, and executive with a strong passion for Foodtech, AI, animals, climate tech, mentoring women, and any technology that improves the well-being of the planet. She has 12+ years of experience building start-ups in the consumer, supply chain, and sustainability space. Catalina was the CEO of Naja.co, a sustainable online brand for intimate apparel, where she invented the concept of underwear in seven skin tones, setting a global industry standard in intimate apparel. In addition, Catalina is a Founding Member of the Rolling Stone Culture Council, an invitation-only council that brings together tastemakers and trendsetters in the worlds of entertainment, fashion, hospitality, and technology. She is currently an advisor at Halogen Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund focused on female-founded consumer technologies.

Jair Halevi 🔹 Miro, Netherlands

Jaïr Halevi is a startup culture evangelist and Business Development Lead – VC Startups at Miro. He has a passion for innovation, technology, and startups, and has worked with leading brands, governments, and NGOs in the Netherlands, Nordics, and South America. With a background as a social entrepreneur, Jaïr has led a startup accelerator and loves to help startups grow. At Miro, he leads the Miro Startup Program, which helps startups to innovate faster and collaborate more effectively. Jaïr is also Head of Culture & Mentor at Pygma, democratizing acceleration in Latin America.

Diana Koziarska 🔹 SMOK Ventures, Poland 

Diana Koziarska is a Founding Partner at SMOK Ventures, a US/CEE venture capital fund investing 100k-1M EUR in early-stage startups in Central & Eastern Europe intro software & gaming companies. At SMOK Ventures, they love to work with serial entrepreneurs with a global vision who aim to build global leaders in their industries. Diana is also the Co-founder of accelerator ReaktorX, as well as the Ambassador of Startup Poland. She was named Forbes 30 under 30.  

Adam Springer 🔹 StartupSales, Israel 

Adam is a sales professional who has been the first and instrumental sales hire for three companies. He’s helped companies grow from $0 to $1 million in revenue in under a year and then supported them as they scaled over $10 million in revenue. In 2018 Adam founded his consultancy StartupSales, helping early-stage B2B founders build and scale sales processes to get to $10 million in revenue.
