Quick Self-Check

Try these steps first. Many login and sync issues are solved immediately.

  • Restart the app and re-open your event profile.
  • Confirm your internet connection is stable.
  • Check that you are logged in with the correct attendee email.
  • Update app/browser to the latest version available on your device.
  • If content is missing, pull to refresh and reopen the event tab.

Issue Priorities

Set the correct priority so support can triage efficiently.

  • Critical: Cannot log in, app crash, blocked meetings. Please go directly to the information desk in Deal Room.
  • High: Key feature broken, profile data missing.
  • Normal: Non-blocking UI/content issue.
  • Low: Cosmetic issue or enhancement request.
