Stjepan Orešković is the Founder and Majority Shareholder of Bosqar Invest, a publicly listed investment group and company builder operating in more than 23 countries, with over 18,000 employees across sectors such as food and agriculture, technology-enabled services, business process outsourcing, and human resources.

Under his leadership, Bosqar has achieved a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 60% in recent years and has increased its market capitalization by more than 11 times since its early valuation. He is also the Founder of the Future 500 initiative, which aims to strengthen Europe’s ability to grow globally competitive companies by connecting entrepreneurs, investors, capital markets, and policymakers. Additionally, he serves as President of the Supervisory Board of IEDC – Bled School of Management.
