Tena Žganec previously served as Project Manager at the Innovation Centre Nikola Tesla (ICENT) & Nuqleus in Zagreb, where she supported the growth of Croatia’s deep-tech ecosystem through technology transfer, startup incubation, and scientific entrepreneurship. Today, she works as an independent project and communications professional, collaborating with multiple brands and initiatives, most prominently TEDxZagreb, where she has been a curator and speech coach since 2021. Through her work, she helps shape impactful ideas, guide speakers, and deliver meaningful event experiences.
