Rina is an ex-entrepreneur turned early-stage tech investor, currently the General Partner of 500 Startups Istanbul, a $15M VC fund focused on backing early-stage technology companies from Turkey and Turkish diaspora. She co-founded Peak Games, a leading social gaming company, with over 50m active users, and Hemenkiralik.com, the leading local marketplace for short-term vacation rentals in Turkey. Starting out as a PE investor, then turned entrepreneur, she has made it full-circle back to the “dark side.”
