Robert Kordić is an associate with more than ten years of experience, whose primary areas of expertise are intellectual property and competition law. Robert joined CMS Slovenia in 2019 with extensive experience in the field of intellectual property protection, including trademarks, patents, copyright issues, confidential information, data protection and designs, having headed the Industrial Property Department of the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office and actively contributed to the drafting of EU laws and regulations during his mandate. He is also experienced in advising on regulatory issues, especially on the regulatory framework for electronic communications in the EU and SEE region. He advises clients across a number of industry sectors with a particular focus on lifesciences, telecommunications and media.
