Aleksandra Brdar Turk is the Director of Banking Operations at OTP Bank. She is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in banking, asset management, operations, risk, and IT management. Her expertise lies in process re-engineering, agile development, and building lean organizations. She holds a PhD in Operational Risk and is certified as a Financial Risk Manager, in Risk in AI, and as a Scrum Master. Aleksandra joined Nova KBM in 2019, where she managed Banking Operations and the Contact Center. During her time there, she led the implementation of a completely new Contact Center platform and introduced the first Slovenian-speaking AI-powered chatbot. Passionate about innovation, she has played a key role in deploying RPA and AI across various bank-wide projects, applying agile principles and leading cross-functional teams.
