Damir is a startup entrepreneur based in Zagreb, Croatia. He was the co-founder and a former CEO of Photomath, the company behind one of the most popular educational apps in the world, which had more than half a billion downloads and was acquired by Google in 2023. He was also the co-founder of Microblink, an R&D company which produces AI based computer vision and data extraction software technology and was the founder and CEO of Iskon, the first private internet service provider and one of the first VC backed companies in Croatia.
Damir has a computer science engineering degree and AI was at the core of his two last startups. Building new, exciting digital powered by the state-of-the-art technology is something he enjoys the most.
