Francois Mazoudier brings over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and funding TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) companies across Europe and beyond. He has founded five tech startups himself, experiencing both sides of the outcome spectrum—from a full journey to IPO to complete failure—giving him a deeply practical and grounded perspective on growth, risk, and exits. On the investment side, François co-founded Speed Ventures AB, one of Europe’s most prominent early-stage funds at the time, worked in investment banking at LD&A, and later founded Tech Leaders Capital, a co-investment club for CEOs with strong operating track records. Across these roles, he has led and participated in multiple early-stage investments. Today, Francois is Founder and CEO of Fundraising Bootcamp, one of the UK and EU’s top-performing founder fundraising programs. The platform has supported 360+ companies in raising more than £750m, working hands-on with founders to build real fundraising processes—not pitch theory—from Seed to Series B. His work is trusted by leading national programs, VCs, and public institutions across Europe.
