Igor Čarapina is the COO at Rolla, a holistic health and fitness app dedicated to transforming the way people engage with fitness and well-being. Recently, Rolla secured €6.3 million in funding, making it the largest-ever seed investment in a fitness and health startup in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the biggest funding round in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s history. With over a decade of experience in banking, Igor has honed his expertise across Business Development, Digital Channels, CRM, Customer Support, and HR. Originally from Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, he has lived and worked in a couple of European cities. Drawn by Rolla’s mission, he made a transition from corporate career to startup leader, returning to his hometown with a hands-on approach to drive meaningful change in the fitness and health industry.
