Jonathan is the Head of the Beijing Office of CMS and an IP partner in Hong Kong and Beijing. A Hong Kong qualified lawyer, he specializes in a full spectrum of IP matters, including transactions, worldwide prosecution of IP rights, litigation, and enforcement strategies in Hong Kong and China. He is also active in the fintech and blockchain sectors. With over a decade of experience, Jonathan has advised leading companies across industries such as life sciences, fashion, toys and games, consumer goods, hospitality, TMT, TCM, entertainment, aviation, and energy. He obtained his LLB at Brunel University London, his PCLL at the City University of Hong Kong, and an LLM at the University of Edinburgh.
