With over a decade of experience in finance, investment, and strategic leadership, Mariya Konstantinova has built a career spanning multinational corporations, venture capital, and startup ecosystems and held key leadership roles across Europe and Asia. As CFO for AGRANA Group’s Chinese and Japanese affiliates, she managed financial planning and investment strategies for three production facilities. Later, as Investment Director, she developed AGRANA’s corporate venture framework for FoodTech startups. She co-founded Superhuman Studios in Shanghai, fostering investments in wellness and sustainability. As Managing Director of Founder Institute Vienna & CEE, she led the world’s largest pre-seed accelerator.
