Since 2017, Uhura has developed a low-code document-driven process automation platform, enabling businesses to capture, classify, and analyze documents with high accuracy—without requiring extensive technical expertise. With a background in card business and consumer services, Mladen has expertise in portfolio management, credit cards, business strategy, and retail banking. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Montenegro.
