PJ Mistry is a Unilever Foundry Strategy & Ecosystem Builder, where she crafts R&D-focused innovation strategies, fosters enabling partnerships, and drives collaboration between Unilever, accelerators, investors, and research organizations. She co-leads Unilever’s participation in the 100+ Accelerator, supporting sustainable innovations. With over a decade at Unilever, PJ has held key roles, including Transform Program Manager and Global Brand Community Lead for Knorr, where she led a 1000+ person global brand community and embedded a purpose-first culture. She is also the founder of the Action Accelerator, a fast-paced hackathon dedicated to advancing the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
