Now, as the co-founder of Merlin Hat, Snježana focuses on bridging the gap between deep tech startups and investors, helping startups scale and commercialize breakthrough innovations. With extensive experience in strategic project management, business development, and technology commercialization, she plays a key role in accelerating the growth of high-tech ventures. Recognized as Croatia’s first Female Engineer of the Year, Snježana is passionate about fostering innovation, guiding deep tech startups through development and commercialization challenges, and creating a stronger European tech ecosystem.
