Sven Jakić is Director of Digital Strategy & Governance at OTP banka d.d., Slovenia, where he drives key strategic elements of the bank’s digital transformation. His responsibilities include developing new technological approach in accordance with newly established IT strategy. Previously, he served as Head of Quality Assurance at OTP banka, leading a team of more than 20 QA experts, developers, and test managers, responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve software functionalities and performance to meet established quality standards. He spent nearly seven years at Nova KBM d.d., working in IT governance, complex project management, and the Project Management Office, including participation in the implementation of a new core banking system. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Maribor.
