Tena Žganec is a Project Manager at the Innovation Centre Nikola Tesla (ICENT) & Nucleus in Zagreb, Croatia, where she focuses on advancing the Croatian deep-tech ecosystem through technology transfer and scientific entrepreneurship. Nuqleus is a startup incubation program that identifies industry challenges, proposes solutions based on innovative technologies, and forms interdisciplinary teams to validate ideas and test their business potential. In addition to her role at ICENT, she has been a TEDxZagreb curator and speech coach since 2021.
