Thomas leads the innovation practice at Novaspace, a globally recognized advisory firm specializing in the space sector. He brings deep expertise in crafting innovation strategies and programs, as well as advising on venture funding, to help clients successfully launch and scale their start-up initiatives. With a strong background in investor due diligence, Thomas has authored influential reports on innovation financing. His capabilities also include coaching start-ups on funding strategy, business development, and international expansion. In addition to his consulting role, he serves as Chief Operating Officer at Novaspace. Prior to this, he held positions at the European Space Agency and Deloitte.
