Tom Vodopivec has a background in computer science, analytics, startups and venture capital. In 2022, he joined Bird Buddy, a globally-leading startup transforming how people connect with nature and create a positive impact on our planet’s biodiversity. What started as part-time help to speed up business growth through data-driven decision-making, soon expanded into a major redesign of the company structure and overall way of work. Today, he is the Chief Operating Officer, advocating an outcome-driven culture and responsible for all reporting, talent, organization and scalability.
