Victor Arribas is an economist specializing in the economics of innovation and serves as Stream Leader for Diversity & Transformation at the European Patent Office (EPO) Observatory on Patents and Technology. They develop data-driven insights and tools for Europe’s innovation ecosystem, supporting startups, universities, and policymakers. Prior to this, Victor joined the EPO through the Young Professionals Programme and conducted research at INSEAD.
