#1 Registration Administration.

A 1,000 participants of the event need to be smoothly registered for the conference on both days and must be equipped with wristbands and badges. So, if you enjoy working with people and are accurate at what you do, apply for this position.

#2 Business networking and dealmaking administrator.

Networking team supervises all the different networking formats at the conference (Podim Deal Room, Podim Marketplace, …) as well as those at the side events and supports their successful execution. Help us bear the 1,000 meetings in just 2 days mark.

#3 Hostess.

#4 Party and event coordinator.

Are you good in animation? Do you have skills for organising events and some experience in social event management? Then you’ll love being Podim party and other events coordinator.

#5 Logistics support.

Coordination and muscles have to go hand in hand when handling logistics at Podim. The logistics team takes care for the efficient set-up and dismantling of the venue and never loses track of anything.

#6 Concierge for Podim speakers and partners.

We take cheerfulness and outstanding hospitality as the highest priorities when it comes to hosting our speakers and other international guests from different cultures. If these are your values as well, you can take care for the well-being of the brightest of all minds, our Podim speakers and partners.

#7 Social media content provider.

Make sure the voice of Podim is being heard on the social channels, like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn … Help providing content for our Podim app, Slido and other channels.

#8 IT support.

Be our on-stage and backstage IT support. If you are good with Wi-Fi configurations, familiar with Mac as well as Windows environment, good in using Office tools, this is the jobs for you.

#9 Multimedia enthusiasts

Have a passion in photo, video, live streaming, post-production, graphical design, 3D filming …? Then you’re the multimedia enthusiast we are looking for.

#10 Startup & innovation enthusiasts.

If you have a strong background in innovation, help us with the Podim program curation & content creation.
