Aleksandra has joined NKBM as Director of Banking Operations in 2019 after gaining extensive experience in Finance, Risk, IT and Operations in the banking and investment fund industry. In her first year with NKBM, she has overseen Contact Center reorganization and new platform development and launch; the reorganization of archiving, e-signature and eDMS project, and she has been responsible for Banking Operations area reorganization in parallel with the new IT Core System development and launch. In 2020, she was a core team member in the Operational Merger with Abanka, responsible for the area of Banking Operations and Contact Center. She is a fan of new technologies and likes to think outside the box. Being always on the outlook for new ideas and new ways of doing things, she introduced new technologies in the bank, such as the Jira Service Desk ticketing system, Robotic process automation and Artificial Intelligence, which she first implemented in Banking Operations. She loves puzzles, teamwork, doesn’t drink coffee and comes from the sunny seaside town of Koper.
