Mirna Marovic is CEO and the founder of VentureXchange Ltd., a boutique consulting firm whose services include private equity and venture capital advisory, fundraising, scaling up, sustainability strategy and integration of ESG objectives. She is the founder and the President of the Croatian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (CVCA), whose members include private equity and venture capital funds that jointly manage more than 3.2 billion euros. A former London-based investment banker has worked passionately over the last 17 years to develop a venture capital and private equity ecosystem. Her assignments include high-level advisory key expert roles for international financing institutions (IFIs), including EIF and EIB, in 8 different SEE countries. In such a capacity, she has contributed to venture capital and growth capital SEE market development in many IFIs-supported initiatives. She is a business angel with a portfolio of investments and a startup mentor. Besides finance, her expertise includes sustainability with professional engagement for private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies.
