Natalija Stošicki is a capital markets and finance expert with over 30 years of work experience, 20 of which have been spent in managerial positions in the field of financial services. She is a director of Product Development and EU Programmes Department at SID bank Inc. Ljubljana – national promotional and development bank. She is responsible for development of financial instruments/banking programmes and EU Programs as well as for management of EUR 310 million cohesion Fund of funds and for EUR 220 million SEGIP (Slovene Equity Growth Investment Programme) at SID bank Inc. – initiative in cooperation with European Investment Fund (EIF) for equity and quasi equity financing of start-up and scale up companies via VC/PE investment fund. For 6 years she was a member and a president of the management board of an asset management company managing 11 UCITS investment funds with global investment Strategies. As head of the Capital markets Department and Banking and Insurance industry Department of the Ministry of Finance she was responsible for development of banking, insurance and capital market regulation. More than 7 years Natalija held a position of advisor and advisor to director of the Securities Market Agency in the area of surveillance responsible for regulatory supervision of Slovene capital market and of professional participants on capital market. Additionally, she held several membership positions within the financial service industry.
