Petra Wagner is an Authorized Officer of Management Board for digital transformation, sales and informatics at Mladinska knjiga Založba d.d. She specializes in building and transforming high performance sales teams, based on inclusion and diversity. She is helping organizations to make the most out of the digital transformation and achieve their growth potential in Digital World. She is also a Board Member of the Section of Young Managers at Managers’ Association of Slovenia. She has a wide range of experience in sales. Before joining Mladinska knjiga Založba, she was working for 8 years at IBM as sales leader and key account manager, later on, she worked for 7 years at Microsoft as Corporate Sales Manager for Adriatic / Balkan Region, sales director and work specialist for CEE HUB STU.
