Roman is a corporate startup manager at DHL Start-up Lab, a startup incubator of the Deutsche Post DHL Group aimed at startups in the logistics sector. Prior to DHL he was the acceleration manager at What A Venture, where he designed and managed acceleration programs for startups and corporate innovation teams, advised and supported organizations on the strategic setup and implementation of scalable innovation infrastructure as well as processes, and also scouting & matchmaking startups for corporates. He describes himself as a business punk, driven by curiosity, compassion, music, and arts.
