Saša Sodja is a partner and attorney-at-law at CMS Slovenia, a law firm with more than 70 offices in more than 40 countries and 4,800+ lawyers worldwide. Due to her financial and tax background, Saša especially enjoys the structuring part of the engagements. In addition to the corporate engagements, she’s also trying to add her footprint to the commercial practice area that is no longer considered a sidekick to the M&A practice area but a fast-growing and exciting area.
