Sonja Radovic-Paul is a solution-oriented lawyer passionate about sustainability and creating digital products. Currently, she is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Codio Impact, which automates the way you manage and report your Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) data, while remaining fully compliant with the newest regulation. Prior to that she gained experience at different positions. After 4 years of real estate, corporate and environmental law practice in a Tier 1 law firm, she decided to use the knowledge and network of mature companies to help early stage founders turn their ideas into businesses. During her work in a Berlin-based early stage VC APX, she managed over 10 software-focused portfolio companies and supported founders on validating their early product launches and making the leap from an MVP to a more mature product. In addition, as Head of Legal, she led and participated in over 150 venture capital transactions in over 14 countries across Europe, UK, US and Israel.
