Natalia is a strategic leader with 14+ years in aerospace and space, working at the forefront of robotic and space infrastructure solutions – including missions to service and repair satellites in orbit. She has delivered high-impact programmes, from launching an Earth Observation satellite to supporting complex multi-payload missions, earning multiple awards for outstanding customer leadership. A Chartered Engineer (CEng, MRAeS) with dual Master’s degrees in Space Studies and Aerospace Engineering, Natalia combines technical depth with sharp strategic thinking – and firmly believes that even in the age of automation, success still comes down to people: because robots don’t set themselves up, people do. Presently, Natalia is building Shin Rai Robotics – a start-up recognised by the European Empowomen programme for women in leadership – developing manufacturing solutions that use extended reality to accelerate and simplify robotics automation.
