Stefan Drüssler is Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of UnternehmerTUM, Europe’s leading center for innovation and entrepreneurship, where he oversees entrepreneurship education, talent development, incubation programs, events, and international partnerships. Under his leadership, UnternehmerTUM empowers innovators, drives technology beyond the status quo, and supports the creation of impactful startups. Stefan is also a founding member of Rise Europe, a network of leading innovation ecosystem builders working to strengthen Europe’s global competitiveness. Since 2025, he serves as a Board Member of the European Innovation Council (EIC), advising the European Commission on the strategic direction of Europe’s leading deep-tech investment initiative. Prior to UnternehmerTUM, Stefan was a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group.
