Bettina Sheibe is a deep-tech investor and operator with 15+ years of experience spanning industrial technology, enterprise software, and venture capital. She co-founded United Founders, where she helped establish the German platform and led early-stage investments in deep-tech spinouts. Previously, she served as Managing Director at NIUCAP Ventures, focusing on Chinese deep-tech innovation and identifying opportunities to strengthen Europe’s startup ecosystem. She was also Pre-Seed Investment Lead at UnternehmerTUM, where she sourced and led investments in 20+ deep-tech startups. Earlier in her career, Bettina was COO and Global Director of Business Development at Cambridge Environmental Solutions, building a global distributor network across more than 30 countries. Her experience spans Europe, China, and the US, combining venture investing with operational leadership and growth strategy.
