Dr Anastasia-Maria Moschovi is the CEO of Dyscovery Magnetics, following her transition from CTO of Monolitos, where she played a pivotal role in the development and advancement of the company’s technology. She holds an MSc in Materials Science and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras. Dr Moschovi is a recognized expert in materials recycling and process up-scaling, combining a strong scientific background with strategic and managerial leadership. She has coordinated numerous European R&I projects (EIT, Horizon) and was awarded the EU Woman in Energy Award (EUSEW 2023) for her contribution to sustainable energy and circular economy innovation. At Dyscovery Magnetics, she leads the company’s strategic direction in the recovery of rare earths from secondary sources, driving the translation of technological innovation into industrial application and market-oriented growth.
