Alexander brings 15 years of experience across M&A, venture capital, and financial technology. He is a Partner at Innimmo, an activist capital group and majority shareholder in Paynetics, where he focuses on strategy and M&A, supporting the company’s growth and expansion in embedded finance. Prior to Paynetics, he played a key role in closing the acquisition of Phos, another Innimmo portfolio company, by Ingenico. He also brings extensive international experience, including over eight years living and working in China, focusing on fintech, cross-border investments, and strategic projects. His work spans Europe, China, India, Pakistan, and Australia.
