Earlier in his career, Nikola held senior partnership and business development roles in Asia, including Head of Partnerships at Nikkei, as well as positions at Red Brick Ventures and Pioneers Asia. His career spans Europe and Asia, combining startup ecosystems, corporate innovation, and strategic partnerships.
