Peter Globokar has been active as a technology-focused investment banker for over 25 years. During his career he led the execution of 150+ M&A and fundraising processes, specializing in exits of venture-backed and private-equity-backed tech companies, including across deep tech, infrastructure and B2B software. In 2005, he co-founded Mooreland Partners, a transatlantic M&A advisory which was acquired by Stifel, a leading US investment bank, in 2019. Peter is an advisor to several European venture funds helping them to proactively manage their portfolios towards successful exits. He serves as board advisor to multiple Europeans start-ups and scale-ups and is also a Senior Advisor to Stifel. He is an investor in several VC funds and startup-ups, and a co-founder and chairman of Dialllog.co, a CRM and project management software platform.
