Aytac Aydin has been the Chief Operating Officer in the Nova KBM Management Board since early 2019. He also serves as Supervisory Board Member of Bankart (biggest payment systems company in Slovenia)
Mr. Aydin is a senior executive with more than 20 years of diverse experience in Banking, Consulting, High-Tech and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Served as senior consultant at McKinsey & Company, COO in several banks and CEO in a PE owned biggest BPO company in Turkey. He is a results-oriented leader with a successful record for organizing those in need of transformational improvement. Skilled at establishing operational excellence across functions, translating conceptual models into specific growth opportunities, planning and executing multi-faceted projects that are driven by technology and business priorities. He has successfully contributed to many transformation programs mainly in banks ranging from green field to banks with more than 14 thousand employees. He holds two master’s degrees one MSc in Electrical and Electronical Engineering from Penn State (USA) and another one MBA from INSEAD (France).
Daniel Tomov is the founding partner at Eleven Ventures where he has been investing in some of the most promising and exciting tech startups in SEE since 2012 – 130+ to date. Upon the early success of their first fund, Eleven launched an entirely private early-stage VC in 2018 supported by some of the most successful tech entrepreneurs and executives from Bulgaria and the region.
Being passionate about building companies, Daniel has been involved in startups since 2000 as an investor and a founder in diverse domains ranging from software to cleantech.
Sevdalina Vassileva is the General Manager at Visa for Bulgaria, Greece and Cyprus. Part of the leadership team of the world’s leading payments network, she is an avid advocate of the benefits that digital payments and technology bring to the economy, business and individuals. She joined Visa with 20+ years of executive experience and expertise in banking, FMCG, technology and innovation.
Sevdalina is actively working with the entrepreneurial ecosystem, mentoring and advising start-up companies in the areas of technology and social impact. She is one of the architects of the Visa Innovation Program, started in Bulgaria back in 2018 in cooperation with Eleven Ventures, and has ever since remained a key contributor to its successful expansion in the SEE region in 2021.
